I’m delighted to be the Guest Medium at The Hills Spiritualist Centre this Sunday, 30th August at 3:00pm.
Mediumship is a very much part of the diverse work I do through Recruited by Universe — supporting people through connection, reflection, healing and some of life’s many transitions.
And Sunday’s gathering will be a little different.
A Spiritualist Centre is traditionally a place where people may come together to connect with loved ones in Spirit, receive messages, experience healing and be part of a spiritual community.
But while we spend time thinking about and connecting with those who have died, how often do we stop and think about our own end-of-life wishes?
As part of my address on Sunday, I’ll be inviting the group to consider some of those questions.
Have you thought about what you would want if something happened unexpectedly? Does your family know? Burial or cremation? A traditional funeral or something completely different? What music would you want played? Who would speak for you if you couldn’t speak for yourself?
They aren’t always easy conversations, but they are important ones.
For me, end-of-life planning isn’t about focusing on death. It’s about making things a little easier for the people we love and giving ourselves a voice in how we want to be cared for and remembered.
Alongside the address, I’ll be sharing messages through mediumship, and I’ll also have my Medicine Drum with me to offer a Medicine Drumming Healing for everyone attending. 
It brings together several parts of the work I now find myself doing — spiritual connection, healing, end-of-life education and simply creating space for conversations that matter.
