    • Photography: Professional photo shoot (1–2 hours), followed by post-processing. You receive a gallery of proofs and select your favorites for final edits.
    • Written Work: Drafts of letters or chapters are composed, then reviewed together for tone, clarity, and emotional impact.
    • Memory Book: We design initial layout mockups that combine images, text, and mementos. You approve or request edits before final printing.
  4. Review & Finalization
    • You receive a draft or proof—video rough cuts, photo proofs, manuscript pages, or mockup spreads—then provide feedback (up to two rounds of minor revisions).
    • Once approved, we finalize the project: exported video, high-resolution digital photos plus optional printed prints, printed or bound memory books, or professionally typeset letters ready for printing/digital sharing.

    • Digital files (MP4, JPEG, PDF) are delivered via secure file transfer or USB drive.
