Angel Images Photographic Services was born in March 2007 from a passion for capturing meaningful moments, memories, and connections through photography.

Today, Angel Images continues that journey as a complementary offering and sister brand to Recruited by Universe, supporting the broader mission of preserving life’s stories, experiences, and legacies.

While Recruited by Universe focuses on guidance, life reflection, and end-of-life planning, Angel Images captures the moments that become part of those stories — the celebrations, travels, connections, and memories that shape our lives.

Together, the two brands share a common purpose: honouring life’s journey and preserving the moments that matter most.

Over the years, photography has taken me across many places and experiences. From family celebrations and community events to travel adventures and everyday moments of connection, my camera has always been a way of preserving memories that people can look back on for years to come.

For me, photography is about more than just taking pictures. It is about noticing the moment, understanding the people in front of the lens, and gently capturing the authentic expressions, laughter, and connections that make each story unique.

At Angel Images, my approach is relaxed and natural. I aim to create a comfortable space where people can simply be themselves while I quietly document the moments unfolding around them.

Lasting Moments Photography – Capturing the moments you never want to forget.

Sometimes we know that time with someone we love may be limited.

Perhaps a loved one is receiving palliative care or approaching the end of their life. Perhaps an elderly parent or grandparent is becoming frailer. Maybe a beloved pet is nearing the end of their journey. Or perhaps life is simply changing, and you realise that the ordinary moments you have today may one day become some of your most precious memories.

Lasting Moments Photography is about capturing those moments — gently, naturally and with heart.

This isn’t about posing everyone perfectly for the camera.

  • It’s about the hands that have held yours for a lifetime.
  • A grandparent surrounded by their grandchildren.
  • A quiet cuddle.
  • A laugh between generations.
  • The way someone looks at the person they’ve loved for 50 years.
  • A hand resting on the head of a much-loved pet.

The little details we often don’t realise we’re going to miss until they’re gone.

These sessions are relaxed and guided by the person and family I’m photographing.

There doesn’t need to be a perfect location, perfect clothing or even a perfect day. I can come to your home, hospital, aged-care facility, palliative-care setting or another place that is meaningful to you.

Sometimes I’ll gently guide you. Other times I’ll simply step back and quietly capture what is happening naturally.

  • There can be smiles and laughter.
  • There can be tears.
  • There can be stories, hugs, cups of tea and moments of complete silence.

There is no right way for these sessions to look.

My role is simply to preserve what matters.

More than a photograph

Through my work as a photographer, End-of-Life Doula and Palliative Care Volunteer, I’ve learned how incredibly precious these seemingly ordinary moments can become.  I also understand that inviting a photographer into such a personal time requires sensitivity, trust and respect.  These sessions aren’t rushed. If someone needs a break, we stop. If emotions come, we allow them.

And if all we capture is a hand being held, a beautiful smile or one quiet moment between two people who love each other — sometimes that photograph can say absolutely everything.

Because one day, a photograph becomes more than a photograph.

It becomes a memory you can hold in your hands.
