Through Recruited by Universe, I offer accredited Grief First Aid courses for individuals, workplaces, organisations and community groups who want to feel more confident supporting people experiencing grief and loss.
Grief First Aid isn’t about fixing someone’s grief or having all the answers. It’s about knowing how to listen, respond with empathy and help someone feel heard, acknowledged and less alone.
Spiritual Guidance Readings
Spiritual Guidance Sessions offer a calm, intuitive space to pause and gain clarity for where you are right now. They are not about predicting the future or being told what to do, but about reconnecting with your own inner knowing and feeling steadied through change or uncertainty. These sessions are supportive and reflective in nature and are not a replacement for professional medical or mental health care.
