I’m Sharon Tunley.

Recruited by Universe was born from a moment of quiet realisation — that life was gently guiding me toward something different, something deeper, something more aligned with the heart.

For four decades, I worked in the corporate world. For the last two decades I led global enablement and transformation programs. I loved building capability, supporting growth, and helping people find clarity in complexity. Yet beneath it all, there was always a deeper calling — to listen beyond words, to hold space, to honour stories, and to walk beside people through life’s most meaningful transitions.

Then life shifted.
Loss entered.
Healing began.
And in the stillness that followed, I started noticing the signs — feathers on paths, chance encounters, perfectly timed messages, inner nudges that felt too real to ignore. What once seemed coincidence revealed itself as guidance. I realised I was being recruited by the Universe itself.

Recruited by Universe is now a soul-led offering — a gentle sanctuary for those navigating change, grief, uncertainty, awakening, or simply a longing for something more meaningful.

Through spiritual guidance, healing presence, end-of-life education, photography and legacy storytelling, and compassionate conversation, I offer grounded support that meets you exactly where you are.
