I’m Sharon Tunley, founder of Recruited by Universe—a soul-led guidance and support service created to help people navigate life’s transitions with compassion, clarity, and presence.
The name Recruited by Universe reflects my belief that life gently calls each of us towards our true purpose. Sometimes that invitation arrives through joy. Sometimes through loss. For me, it arrived through both.
Whether you’re seeking spiritual guidance, preparing for end-of-life, preserving a loved one’s story, moving through grief, or simply searching for direction, my role is to gently walk beside you. Every conversation is held with kindness, respect, and without judgement.
My Journey
For more than 40 years, I worked in the corporate world, including over two decades leading global enablement and transformation programs. I loved helping people make sense of complexity, learn, grow, and feel confident in navigating change.
Yet beneath that work was another calling—one centred on listening deeply, holding space, and supporting people through life’s most meaningful moments.
Then life changed.
The sudden loss of my husband, Arthur, became one of my greatest teachers. Alongside grief came healing, reflection, and a growing awareness of the quiet guidance that had always been present. I began noticing signs, synchronicities, and moments that gently reminded me life was inviting me in a different direction.
Looking back, I realised I wasn’t simply changing careers.
I was answering a calling.
That’s how Recruited by Universe came to life.
What I Believe
I believe every person carries their own inner wisdom.
Sometimes we simply need someone to sit beside us long enough to hear it again.
Whether our time together is through a Spiritual Guidance Reading, End-of-Life Planning conversation, Legacy Storytelling, Healing Support, Photography, or simply a heartfelt conversation, my intention is always the same:
To create a calm and safe space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward in your own way.
This work isn’t about having all the answers.
It’s about asking meaningful questions.
It’s about honouring every life story.
It’s about finding peace, purpose, and connection—even during life’s most challenging seasons.
